BD FACSAria™ Fusion
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion cell sorter combines exceptional multicolor performance, index cell sorting and biosafety protection for the processing of BSL2 samples, since is integrated into a class 2 biosafety (BSL2) laminar flow hood.
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion is equipped with 4 lasers (405,488, 561 and 640nm) and 15 fluorescence detectors. The acquisition and sorting is controlled by the BD FACSDiva software, the same of the LSRFortessa, making easier for frequent users to learn how to use the instrument with confidence on their own.
BD FACSAria™ Melody
The new BD FACSMelody cell sorter makes running a sorter as easy as running an analyzer.
Equipped with three lasers (405,488 and 561nm) and 9 fluorescence detectors have been optimized to reach high sensitivity and resolution.
The automated software BD FACSChorus quickly set up and monitor the entire cell sorting process. After a personalized training session, users will be able to independently operate the sorter at any time.
Additionally, the facility has recently acquired a High Throughput Sampler (HTS) for the BD LSRFortessa™ analyzer!.
The High Throughput Sampler (HTS) provides rapid, fully automated sample acquisition from plates. The HTS can process a 96-well plate in fewer than 15 minutes and is compatible with 96-well U, V, and flat-bottom plates as well as 384-well microtiter plates.
